Meet Prep
Program.
A structured 4-week competition peaking cycle designed by two-time IPL World Champion Len Nuanez. Built for lifters who are done guessing and ready to execute.
Not a template.
A system.
The WBC Meet Prep Program is a 4-week competition peaking cycle built from the same methodology that produced IPL World Championship titles. Every week has a purpose. Every session moves you closer to your best platform performance.
This is not a cookie-cutter spreadsheet. Your program is built around your current numbers, your federation, your weight class, and your competition goals.
Individualized 4-Week Peaking Cycle
Progressive overload through Weeks 1–3, strategic deload in Week 4. Every percentage, every set, every rep is calculated for your openers and attempts.
Opener & Attempt Selection
We don't guess. Openers are selected based on training data, not ego. Second and third attempts are mapped to your realistic ceiling on meet day.
Meet-Day Strategy & Execution Plan
Warm-up timing, attempt selection flow, nutrition/hydration protocol, and mental preparation framework for the platform.
Technical Cue Sheet
Personalized cue card for each lift — the exact coaching cues that work for YOUR movement patterns, delivered in a format you can reference backstage.
Post-Meet Debrief
After the meet, we review every attempt, identify what worked, what broke, and build the roadmap for your next cycle.
Week by week.
Every week has a single purpose. No wasted sessions. No random training. Just systematic preparation for the platform.
